Contact
Talk to us.
There is no contact form on this site. Forms lose messages, and they put a machine between you and an answer. Email or call, and you will reach us directly.
Make the first email count
Five lines that get you a useful reply.
You do not need a specification. You do not need to know what you want built. If you can answer these, we can usually respond with something concrete rather than a request for a meeting.
-
What does the business do, and how many people?
"Twelve-truck HVAC company, residential service and installs" tells us more than three paragraphs about your goals.
-
What part of the week goes wrong?
The specific thing. Scheduling, invoicing that lags, techs calling the office for information, customers calling you for it.
-
What are you using now?
Software, spreadsheets, paper, whiteboards — all of it counts. What you already run usually shapes the answer.
-
What would "fixed" look like?
Even loosely. "I want to stop spending Sunday on invoices" is a perfectly good project brief.
-
Is there a date that matters?
A busy season, a contract renewal, a system being switched off. If there is no deadline, say that too — it is useful either way.
What happens next
No sequence, no pipeline, no pressure.
- We reply, usually the same working day, with questions or a time to talk
- A half-hour scoping call, free, with no obligation attached to it
- If it looks like a fit, a written scope and a fixed price
- If it does not, we will tell you what we think you should do instead
- You will not be added to a mailing list, and nobody will chase you every fortnight
