Privacy Policy
This policy explains what SaaS NG does with information. It is short, because this website collects almost nothing.
SaaS NG is a trading name of Edge of Defense LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Edge of Defense LLC is responsible for the information described here.
The short version
This website has no contact form. It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, no session recording and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on this site builds a profile of you, and nothing you do here is shared with anyone.
What the website collects
Nothing that identifies you, and nothing we set out to gather. The site is made of static files. There is no database behind it and no code running on our side when you visit.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, as essentially every web host does. These typically record the IP address making the request, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. They are produced automatically, they are used only for security and for diagnosing faults, and they are retained on the host's normal schedule. We do not analyse them to identify visitors and we do not combine them with anything else.
All fonts, styles, images and scripts are served from this domain. Your browser is not asked to contact any other company while loading these pages.
When you contact us
If you email tye@saasng.com or call 703-309-9755, we will hold what you send us — your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business — for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of our dealings with you.
We use that information to:
- reply to you and continue the conversation;
- prepare a scope and a quote, if you ask for one;
- deliver and support work you engage us to do; and
- keep the business records we are required to keep.
That is the entire list. We will not add you to a marketing list without you asking, we will not send you a newsletter, and we will not pass your details to anyone else to market to you. We do not sell information about anyone, ever.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and our web host process information on our behalf in the ordinary course of running an email account and a website. Beyond that, we share information only where we are legally required to, or where you have asked us to.
If you become a client, any information inside a system we build for you belongs to you and is governed by the agreement we sign, not by this policy.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email tye@saasng.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour those.
Because this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is nothing here to opt out of and no consent banner to click.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics, a contact form, or anything else that collects information, we will update this page before doing so and change the date at the top. There is no version of this site where tracking appears quietly.
